Estate gifts are recognized through the Foundation’s Heritage Legacy Circle, which honors the donor’s intentions while the donor is still alive. If a particular project or program has special meaning for you, you may designate your contribution specifically for that purpose. Because Appleton Medical Center is a not-for-profit organization, all gifts are deductible from income taxes as provided by law.
